Each intro statistics course at CSU goes over similar topics, but with a few differences. For example, STAT 301 moves a bit faster than STAT 204 and goes a bit more in depth into the chapters. STAT 201 and STAT 301 use JMP, while STAT 204 uses Excel. In every case, you will be learning about the same big picture statistics topics such as, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and linear regression.
